Notably Paperless
I’ve almost completely given up paper thanks to Notability (http://www.gingerlabs.com/). The app has amazing features from digital ink to typing to “new ink”. That is new smooth ink that senses the pressure applied to the iPad. Combine this with adding PDFs and text documents right into the same note and you have one amazing collection
